Returns

Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not allowed and all sales are final. Exchanges are permitted provided that none of the following terms and conditions have been breached:

Cancellation

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it is placed because we start to process your order right away. You can contact us within an hour of placing your order if you want to make any changes.

Delivery

We start working on your order immediately after payment is received as most of our products are customised for each client, and usually takes up to 5 days to complete the production.

UK is free delivery  3 to 7 working days.
